Podcast Video Editing & Clip Repurposing

Most podcasts lose their reach in the gap between recording and distribution. The episode goes up, and the twenty genuinely good moments inside it never leave the episode. I handle both halves: the full episode edit, and the clips that pull new listeners back to it.

What you get

Included in every project

Full episode edit

Multicam cut with speaker switching timed to the conversation, filler and dead air removed, and audio levelled across every microphone.

Clip extraction

The strongest self-contained moments pulled from each episode and cut as standalone vertical videos that make sense without context.

Captions & branding

Burned-in captions, consistent lower thirds, intro and outro treatment applied identically across the series.

Platform-ready exports

Horizontal master for YouTube, vertical clips for Shorts, Reels and TikTok, plus a clean audio export for podcast hosts.

Process

How the work runs

  1. Series setup

Branding, caption style, intro and outro are locked once, then reused so every episode is consistent and faster to turn around.

  2. Episode assembly

Multicam sync, speaker cutting, cleanup of tangents and dead air, and audio levelling.

  3. Clip selection

I mark the moments that stand alone — a strong claim, a story, a disagreement — and cut each into its own short.

  4. Delivery

Episode plus the full clip batch delivered together, named and organized for scheduling.

Who it's for

Best fit for

  • Podcasts publishing weekly or biweekly
  • Interview and video shows on YouTube
  • B2B brands running a podcast for lead generation
  • Agencies managing podcast production end to end

FAQs

Common questions

How many clips do you pull from one episode?
Usually 5–10 per hour of runtime, depending on how much of the conversation stands alone. I'd rather deliver six clips that genuinely work than fifteen that need context to land.
Do you handle multicam recordings?
Yes. Send the separate camera angles and audio tracks and I'll sync and cut them. Separate audio per speaker is ideal — it makes levelling and cleanup significantly better.

Have footage waiting to perform?

Send a short brief — what you need edited, the platform it's for, and your deadline. I usually reply within 24 hours.
